The design ideas of the bridge are all projections of the Cou spirit to nature, mountains, and the water. It connects with the architecture, landscape, sculpture, and bridge to respond the nature and the water around the site. When the relationship of the mountain, water, and architecture has a new connection, it will become each single places to view, play, think, and rest. The north entrance of the bridge is the place will have the celebration. It is the door connecting to the platform of the bridge that will apply the holiday bazaar and performing place. When People Walk through the bridge, people not only can keep cool in the heat but also can keep out of the rain and wind to confront the hot and rainfall weather in Southern Taiwan. When the project opens to the public, it will redefine the entrance of the Southern Branch of the National Place Museum. It is a place that includes a natural view of mountains and rivers, and the place connects the culture of the aborigines. It is not only the bridge, but also an architecture, landscape, installation, sculpture, and art pavilion on the sea.
